1) Whats your after sale service or warranty policies?
We offer 5-30 years or warranty according to your purchased products.After you received products, if they are break or have any other quality problems , we will refund full payment for you except force majeure. During the process your selling or your customers normal using(non people made demage), if there is quality issues, we will also arrange refund. In these situations, we need you help us collect pictures or videos of bad products. If necessary, we will go your country to check the real situation. If you don't want to refund, we could also reshipment accordingly products to you.
